- 02creator fees must be part of the actual mechanic
- 03live demo or usable prototype required
- 04copied projects with only branding changes are not eligible
- 05explain clearly how fees are used
- 06cross-chain systems are allowed
- 07token holders vote on the winner
- 08winner receives the hackathon prize pool
